We are hands-on and oversee every step of the process. We make the onboarding process easy, as well as help tenants choose vendors by using a competitive bidding process with multiple trusted vendors. In addition, we can help monitor, manage and rebid or appeal building insurance quotes and property tax increases. Our goal is to be a true partner to every tenant and a major part of that relationship is to help every tenant keep their occupancy cost as low as it can be so that their business can continue to be successful.
EXPERIENCE AND PERSONAL TOUCH
We are currently managing properties in 11 states throughout the midwest. We manage over 250 tenants in over 115 properties with a total property value of over one billion in assets under management. Each property that we manage has been developed or purchased by Midwest Equity Investors. The portfolio currently has less than 1% vacancy, which we attribute to great properties and great tenant relationships.
